02How it's structured

How it's structured

Your Touring Handbook is organised into two sections: General & Hospitality and Technical.

Each department has a dedicated section, so readers can find relevant information quickly.

Show-specific details remain in separate show packs, allowing the handbook to stay consistent while venue information changes from date to date.

We agree the final delivery format with you at the start of the project.

03Who it's for

Who it's for

For acts that need a first production rider, have a rider that no longer reflects the show, or are preparing for international touring.

When PréPro manages the pre-production for your tour, rider development can be included in the agreed scope.
