Who we are
PréPro | Tour & Concert Production, Marco Poloroute 117, 1363 LA Almere, The Netherlands (CoC 81392826), is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. Questions: info@prepro.global.
What we collect and why
Contact form. Name, email, your role, artist or project, show details and your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal.
Email and WhatsApp. If you contact us directly, we use your details to reply.
Website statistics. Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived, interactions such as scrolling, clicks on external links and file downloads, device and browser type, and approximate location (country or city). We use this only to understand and improve the website, based on your consent. Google receives your IP address to provide the service and derive your approximate location, but says it does not log or store individual IP addresses. We have not enabled advertising features.
Who processes your data
Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions; submissions are screened for spam by Akismet. Google provides our email and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation runs through WhatsApp (Meta). Netlify, Google and some of their sub-processors are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by the processors' data processing terms, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are removed from the form system after 12 months. Enquiries that lead to work become part of our business records and are kept as long as Dutch law requires. Google Analytics keeps detailed statistics (data linked to a visit or a random ID) for 14 months; summarised reports without that link can be kept longer.
Cookies
We only use cookies if you accept them. If you click "Accept", Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_D3GXJ2G6LN, which keep a random ID to recognise repeat visits and expire up to two years after your last visit. If you click "Decline", no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics does not load. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing your consent stops future collection and removes the analytics cookies; it does not delete statistics already collected. To ask about those, email info@prepro.global.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email info@prepro.global. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
